Description (partial)

Symptom:
The DHCP startup log message recommends to provision IPv6 interface. 

Error Message Example:

09/25/2013  1:24:02 dhcp_startup Error Extension 0 04927 BAC: Attempt to send a status request to DPE 'gaatdpev01e.mcomdc.com' at '108.178.214.9[10.4.33.9]' failed. 'Failed to send message over UDP. 'Network is unreachable (101)'.' Enable an IPv6 interface on the DPE server for provisioning

Conditions:
When CNR tries to connect to DPE and it fails due to any issue like network connectivity etc... the above said error message was thrown in DHCP startup log.
