Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you try to run Adhoc "Historical Requisition Partitioning" process from the user interface i.e Administration -> Utilities -> Run Processes section, an error is encountered as shown below.

One of the ETL process (FormData Reporting/Custom Datamart) has not Started, please run
the ETL process before running archival process.

Conditions:
parade from any previous version of Cisco Cloud Portal to 9.3.2 Patch 10
