Description (partial)

The pop-up IP Phone Service doesn't work intermittently when CUCM integrates with the 3rd Vendor application. After call is finished, the pop-up window doesn't show and 'Exit' button remains unexpectedly.

This issue is a timing issue. When the off-hook and the pop-up occurs at the same time, the problem is seen.
