Description (partial)

Symptom:
Output of "show env temp earl <slot #> may show "0" for device 1 and 2 readings:

Switch#show env temp earl 7
  module 7 EARL outlet temperature: 34C
  module 7 EARL inlet temperature: 28C
  module 7 EARL device-1 temperature: 60C
  module 7 EARL device-2 temperature: 61C
 
Then 10 seconds later:
 
Switch#show env temp earl 7
  module 7 EARL outlet temperature: 34C
  module 7 EARL inlet temperature: 28C
  module 7 EARL device-1 temperature: 0C
  module 7 EARL device-2 temperature: 0C

This will be the same when polling the relevant OID via SNMP

Conditions:
This only happens on newer revision HW versions of the Sup2T
