Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unexpected reboot when using dot1x authentication with device tracking.

Conditions:
dot1x  with authentication is enabled. If "ip device tracking probe delay <nr>" is configured and the switch is operating near to the max IPDT limit (2048 hosts), there is a small chance that a host my have its delay timer started, but freed before it has expired (due to making space for a new host entry).
