Cisco Bug: CSCuj48480 - CWMS SSO Login from iOS 7 Devices Requires Safari be in Private Mode

Description (partial)

To recreate the issue

1. Make sure Safari on an iOS 7 device is in normal (non-private) browsing mode (URL bar is white in color) 
2. Launch WebEx iOS Application from an iOS 7 device and select "Sign In" 
3. Select "Sign in through your corporate website" 
4. Type the CWMS Site URL, select Next 
5. You will be redirected in Safari to signin to your SAML/SSO page. Enter valid credentials. You will be prompted over and over for credentials and never be redirected back to the WebEx iOS Application

CWMS configured with SP SAML/SSO (vendor is SecureAuth in this case)
