Description (partial)

Symptom:
After upgrading a SMA from 7.7.9 to 7.9.1, any new email tracking info, cannot be accessed from the database.  You can view tracking info before the upgrade, but nothing after.

Conditions:
Upgrading a SMA from 7.7.9 to 7.9.1.  Only our hosted customers would be running the 7.7.9 builds.
