Description (partial)

Symptom:
Gbe card with incoming transport streams start generating 'dejitter buffer reset' alarms randomly, while the input streams are arriving without any issues. This can cause a high load on the card and slow down GUI responsiveness.

Conditions:
This can sometimes happen when there are a lot of input TSs without PCR.
