Symptom: Unified System CLI works only for the users who install UCCE. All other users get a java exception error Unified System CLI is launched : java.io.FileNotFoundException: log\cli.bin (Access is denied) . . (Java errors) . log4j:ERROR No output stream or file set for the appender named [CLI_LOG]. The login prompt for the CLI Tool may appear but some of the CLI functions doesn't work correctly. Conditions: Observed in Windows 2008 OS when User Access Control is enabled.
