Symptom:
Cover window doesn't appear on EX60/90 when user press stop my video

Conditions:
1. Log onto HVD & Cisco Jabber for Windows as per normal.
2. Make a video call to EX60/90.
3. Click on "stop my video" button in Cisco Jabber for Windows UI.
