Symptom:
Cannot auto registered to UCM after change from IMonly to non-IMOnly

Conditions:

Pre-condition:


Steps:
1. login jabber with IMOnly account
2. Change the IMonly account to Non-IMonly account
3. Sign out in jabber
4. Re-login jabber

actual results :
Phone service and voice mail is not listed in the left panel


Expected Results:
should list there and auto registered to CUCM
