Symptom:
Accessibility:  New lockscreen is not accessibility compliant

Conditions:
Go into Settings->Accessibiity

Turn the talkback on.  This will enable explore by touch.

Lock the device.  Now touch(single touch) or using a mouse, try to navigate through various items on the lock screen.
No text is read for the user.  

We need to add "contentDescription" for all the UI elements on the screen.

Also,  delete button description should not be read, when there it is not visible.
