Symptom: Accessibility: Incoming call info is read intermittently in phone app Conditions: Go into Settings->Accessibiity Turn the talkback on. This will enable explore by touch. Go to phone app. Have a incoming call to the device in test. The call bubble sometimes does not get auto focus and hence incoming call information is not read.
