Last Modified

Description (partial)

Remove api folder when DPE/CNR-EP components installed seperate

Symptom:
Having $BPR_HOME/api/conf/api.properties file on DPE or CNR-EP server will not cause any issues with the normal functioning of the respective servers. However if the api.properties on DPE or CNR-EP are manually edited to change some values related to keystore location or preferred communication mode then it can cause issues when respective servers are upgraded to latest versions. The api.properties file found under $BPR_HOME/api/conf folder should not be edited manually and any such changes should only be done using dpe-cli commands or changeNRproperties tool.

Conditions:
This usually happens when DPE or CNR EP components are installed separate. You could see a folder named "api" created under $BPR_HOME
