Description (partial)

Symptom:
The "Signing out..." animation may keeps running if user tap sign out button immediately after sign in.

Conditions:
Pr-condition:
1. User is a Jabber[WebEx+meeting] user.

Steps:
1. Sign in Jabber;
2. Sign out immediately after sign in.

Result:
1. Signing out... pop up displays, without stopping.
