Description (partial)

Symptom:
There are times when Visual C++ 2005, 2008 components are not installed or uninstalled properly during an upgrade or when running the TCS repair option.. This will often show up in a repair of the Cisco TCS application or after a failed upgrade.

For example:

    Line 71: 71 2011-10-25T15:07:02-04:00 Error: Checking required software version [software = Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable, version = 8.0.61001, correct_version = 8.0.56336] - Incorrect version found, Please run the installer to install the correct software version
    Line 75: 75 2011-10-25T15:07:02-04:00 Error: Checking required software version [software = Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - KB2467174 - x86 9.0.30729.5570, version = 9.0.30729.5570, correct_version = 9.0.30729] - Incorrect version found, Please run the installer to install the correct software version
    Line 79: 79 2011-10-25T15:07:02-04:00 Error: Checking required software version [software = Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable - x86 9.0.30729.6161, version = 9.0.30729.6161, correct_version = 9.0.30729] - Incorrect version found, Please run the installer to install the correct software version
