Cisco Bug: CSCuj43147 - POM- lockscreen wallpaper doesn't match homescreen

Symptom: Stale wallpaper shown in Lockscreen in Phone only mode. Conditions: Configure the device in Phone only mode. Go to UCM admin page. Configure 2 different Common phone profiles. One common profile has "Enable background image access" enabled. The other profile has above attribute disabled, and a wallpaper specified as background image. Apply 2nd profile to the device in test. Device will download and set the wallpaper. Now change the profile for the device to 1st one. Device will revert back to default wallpaper, just for home screen. Lockscreen will still show old wallpaper.
