Symptom:
Screen is blank when filtering and must scroll up to see returned records

Conditions:
When filtering in the TES 6.x UI which contains many pages of records such as JAC and job definitions and user has already scrolled down in the list of records, the page is blank when filtered results are returned and user has to scroll up to see results.
