Description (partial)

Symptom:
In IE, closing the browser on one end of call may not end the call for the other party.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User A initiates video call to user B 
2.  During the call the user A closes the browser from the "X" button.

Actual results:
  1. The connection is not ended for user B 
  2. The iexplore.exe process is not running on user A machine.

Conditions:
The issue has been reported in deployments that use multiple unload handlers, some of them making network calls.

Environment: 
Windows 7 with IE9 
Windows XP with IE8
