Description (partial)

Symptom:
CTI RP does not register properly after a connectivity failure

Conditions:
A CUCM cluster over the WAN and UCCX HA over the WAN looses connectivity and the CTI RP/trigger does not register properly. Causing call failure.

A condition to result in this scenario is if a call lands on the RP and the line on the RP closes while the call is in offerring state.
