Description (partial)

Symptom:
The ntpd service is not defined in the file(s) contained within /etc/CiscoProcessInfo.d/ on the PKES.  For security purpose the ntpd service, along with the customary information, should be included in a file contained within the /etc/CiscoProcessInfo.d/ directory.

Conditions:
Default configuration of the PKES post software installation.
