Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a tc-software endpoint places an h323 call to something of format "@IPADDRESS" (example: @192.168.1.1), the endpoint will strip the @ and dial the IPaddress. This request is for the endpoint to retain the @ and pass the call as h323:@IPADDRESS (example: h323:@192.168.1.1).

Conditions:
The requested behavior existed in TC5, but is no longer present in TC6
