Description (partial)

Symptom:

When a 4500 series MCU is called from a conference on a Lync 2013 server and the routes are set up incorrectly so that the SIP INVITE is not modified by the VCS, the CPU load becomes very high and is only brought back to normal levels by a restart.

Conditions:

- Lync version 2013 (not supported)
- Calling from a Lync conference (not supported)
- Route from Lync not set up correctly so the INVITE is not modified by the VCS.
