Description (partial)

This is an enhancement to the fix originally provided by CSCtw78603 and is applicable only to 8.6(2) as we missed a part of the checkin.

A call redirect by a CTI Application such as UCCX or CER to the PSTN results in the calling plan and type set on the route pattern and route list to be ignored.

This will occur on an outbound call redirected through an application.
