Description (partial)

Symptom:
Duplicated CallActiveEv on unattended transfer scenario.
CallActiveEv for the same call is sometimes notified twice or more before CallInvalidEv is notified.

Conditions:
[Scenario Example]
Phone-External: PSTN, external cluster or internal Cisco IPPhone(not observed by CTI).
Phone-A: Cisco IPPhone(observed by JTAPI).
Phone-B: Cisco IPPhone(observed by JTAPI).

1. Phone-A receives a call from Phone-External.
2. Phone-A answers the call.
3. Phone-A presses [Transfer] softkey.
4. Phone-A makes a consult call to Phone-B and Phone-B gets ringing.
5. Phone-A presses [Transfer] softkey again to complete the transfer before Phone-B answers the consult call.
6. Phone-A leaves the call. Phone-B remains ringing and caller id changed to Phone-External.

Please note that Phone-B do not answer the consult call on the above (5).

This issue will be timing issue.
So, it may not occur always.
In addition, some other scenarios may be affected by this issue(example, unattended conference scenario).
