Description (partial)

Symptom:
In CWMS 1.1 and 1.5 we observed audio quality issues (robotic audio, chopped voice) introduced by CWMS server. 
 When the issue happens, in the gyromain_info logs, we identified the slowness in processing packets and increasing drop rate like in the example below:
