Symptom: A recent call history contact is shown in the Directory search results Conditions: If the user does a search within Jabber he gets two results. One is from LDAP and has a correct phone number assigned. This one is in lower cases. The other one is obviously the line Alerting Name (Internal Caller ID) which is in upper case. The user cannot dial this result because there is no phone number assigned.
