Description (partial)

SQL error while associating PSTN Range to multiple extensions

Trying to associate 9 PSTN Number Range to 9 Extension Numbers within Location Administration. However the following error is presented: "Internal SQL error - please contact your system administrator"

Steps to reproduce the error:
1. In Resources-> E164 Inventory add following numbers range: 9222200 - 9222209.
2. Add Voicemail Service with extension 200 to the Provider
3. Add Location with extensions 201-209
4. Add the created Voicemail Service to the Location
5. Move the following E164 range to the location: 9222200-9222209
6. Move the following E164 number to the location's voicemail service: 9222201
7. Go to Location Administration->External Numbers->Associate Range, in the section "Map a PSTN Range to multiple extensions" select:
     - PSTN range: 9222200-9222209
     - Extensions: 201-209

Although Both ranges have 9 numbers (in PSTN it is 0,2,..,9; in extensions 1,..9) the association fails with "Internal SQL error" displayed.
