Known Affected Releases
Symptom: SQL error while associating PSTN Range to multiple extensions Conditions: Trying to associate 9 PSTN Number Range to 9 Extension Numbers within Location Administration. However the following error is presented: "Internal SQL error - please contact your system administrator" Steps to reproduce the error: 1. In Resources-> E164 Inventory add following numbers range: 9222200 - 9222209. 2. Add Voicemail Service with extension 200 to the Provider 3. Add Location with extensions 201-209 4. Add the created Voicemail Service to the Location 5. Move the following E164 range to the location: 9222200-9222209 6. Move the following E164 number to the location's voicemail service: 9222201 7. Go to Location Administration->External Numbers->Associate Range, in the section "Map a PSTN Range to multiple extensions" select: - PSTN range: 9222200-9222209 - Extensions: 201-209 Although Both ranges have 9 numbers (in PSTN it is 0,2,..,9; in extensions 1,..9) the association fails with "Internal SQL error" displayed.
