Description (partial)

Symptom:
ISIS stale paths are left in the global rib sometimes.

Conditions:
ISIS stale paths are not removed from global rib under any of following conditions:
a.) Prefixes with multiple equal cost next hops are advertised in multiple LSPs by ISIS,  and one of links goes down.
b.) Prefix next hops are filtered out when ISIS inbound filter is configured.
