Symptom: 'Associate' buttons are referring to wrong User Conditions: Bug found when trying to Associate user 'A' with phone 'X', but due to errors in HTML code of the 'Associate Device' page, CUCDM was trying to associate user 'B' with the phone 'X'. It lead to an error as the user 'B' and the phone 'X' were in different locations. The steps to reproduce an error: 1) Create 3 locations (Loc01-Loc03) 2) To each location add 45 phones (P0R1C1D01L01skP01-P0R1C1D01L01skP45,P0R1C1D01L02skP01-P0R1C1D01L02skP45,P0R1C1D01L03skP01-P0R1C1D01L03skP45) 3) Register all phones 4) Add 45 users to each location (P0R1C1D01L01U1-P0R1C1D01L01U45,P0R1C1D01L02U1-P0R1C1D01L02U45,P0R1C1D01L03U1-P0R1C1D01L03U45) 5) Associate each user with one phone. In the attached log files, you can find traces of an attempt to associate user P0R1C1D01L03U1 with phone P0R1C1D01L03skP1 5.1) Go to Loc03->Location Administration-> End Users (01_Endusers.html) 5.2) In the search box type 'P0R1C1D01L03U1' and click the Search button (02_EnduserSearch.html) 5.3) Click the P0R1C1D01L03U1 user (03_P0R1C1D01L03U1.html) 5.4) Click Associate Device (04_AssociateDevice.html) 5.5) In the search box type 'C01101030001' and click the Search button (05_PhoneSearch.html) 5.6) Click 'Associate' button next to the C01101030001 phone. The error is presented "The user [P0R1C1D01L02U32] and the phone [SEPC01101030001] are not in the same hierarchy. The user is at [Res1:Cus01:Div01:Loc02] and the phone is at [Res1:Cus01:Div01:Loc03]. " The bug can be seen in the 04_AssociateDevice.html file. Although the P0R1C1D01L03U1 user has been chosen (as indicated in the line 1300), each 'Associate' button points to the P0R1C1D01L02U33 user (eg. lines 1468 or 1500).
