Cisco Bug: CSCuj36729 - Queue control does not gracefully disconnect when call is looped

Last Modified

Jun 15, 2016

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

9.1(1.10000.11)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The caller experiences dead air and no graceful disconnect until caller manually disconnects.

Call control sent SsRelRejInterceptInd in turn to QueueControl. However, as QCdrc is in await_queue_initiation state (waiting for intercept), it just saves this signal.

Conditions:
When hunt pilot call queuing has alternate destination

When no hunt members answer, are logged in , or registered:
Route the call to this destination = CTI route point

CTI route point has CFA to same hunt pilot
