Description (partial)

Symptom:
Catalyst 3750X CPU utilization may intermittently spikes due to EPM MAIN PROCESS, when the redirect ACL has an Access-list Entry (ACE) with source part not "any". 

Under this condition, programming the dACL into the hardware fails and dACL is downloaded again to re-program.
