Symptom: User Activity Stream and Notifications are not working after CI migration. Conditions: After CI 2.0 migration user, whose Unique User ID was different from his Primary Email Address local part before the migration, do not receive notifications, alerts successfully and his Activity Stream is not updated successfully.
