Known Affected Releases

6.0(2)N2(1)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus 5500 with release 6.0(2)N2(1) while SNMP polling entSensorThresholdValue OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.91.1.2.1.1.4) may return bogus value, which might not align with entSensorValue and hence NMS may complain.

Conditions:
SNMP polling of SFP DOM thresholds, which is retrieved since 6.0(2)N2(1) OS release on Nexus 5500 switches. Generally seen with non operating ports with SFP installed or ones who do not display proper DOM statistics.
