Description (partial)
Symptom: APN-AMBR is not reported correctly in the Rf STOP Record during the handover. This issue will be seen for following handovers : 1. lte-wifi 2. wifi-lte 3. ehrpd-lte Conditions: If the PCRF doesn't return the authorized APN-AMBR in the CCA-U during the handover [LTE-EPDG, EPDG-LTE, EHRPD-LTE], the APN-AMBR requested by sgw/edpg in the create_session_Request is not updated in the Rf STOP Record. This issue is the day-1 behavior. DEFAULT_EPS_BEARER_QOS_CHANGE & QOS_CHANGE event-triggers are enabled, pgw would send-out APN-AMBR(received in Create Session Request message) to PCRF in CCR-U and PCRF returns the corrected APN-AMBR value in CCA-U. So,this scenario is very rare to occur.
