Description (partial)

In deployments using CUIC to run 'Agent Team Historical all fields report we sometimes see that the report tab will not refresh; it is waiting for the query to return.

Under load test condition, 
Check to see if you have a high CPU utilization of HDS & CUIC even after the reports are closed.
The issue is not that the reports failed rather they were not cleaned up and negatively impact performance.
