Description (partial)

Symptom:
[V] [M] SGSN-Address & [V] [M] GGSN-Address AVPs in 3G RF record should have IPv4 Address when  IPv4v6 transport used.

Conditions:
When both IPv4 & IPv6 addresses are present at control plane , inside 3G RF records , [V] [M] SGSN-Address & [V] [M] GGSN-Address AVPs should have IPv4 address but currently it's coming as IPv6.

Same scenario works fine for 4G call with IPv4v6 transport used.
