Description (partial)

A router experiences high CPU due to NAT when passing TCP port 139 traffic.

NAT must be configured and the traffic flowing through that is causing high CPU must be TCP port 139 traffic. This may or may not be Netbios traffic, which normally operates over TCP port 139.
