Cisco Bug: CSCuj34155 - BE3K doc. for Performing Upgrade Using an USB Flash Drive hard to locate
May 06, 2016
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Customers are often unaware that the contents of the upgrade ISO files need to be extracted to a USB flash drive before upgrading a CUCM Business Edition 3000 server (BE3000). Further, this is a requirement in order to meet FAT32 maximum file size limitations. In order to make the document on "Performing Upgrade Using an USB Flash Drive" easier to find, we need a link, or reference, from the "Upgrade Settings" section of the Administration Guides for Cisco Business Edition 3000 to the "Performing Upgrade Using an USB Flash Drive" section within the same guide. Conditions: This affects customers who would like to perform an upgrade of their BE3000 using a USB Flash drive.
