Description (partial)

Symptom:
CAD will CRASH.  You will get a POP UP about Sending the error to Microsoft.
"Cisco Agent Desktop has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Conditions:
Agent is READY
Clicks on Make Call button
In the Phone Books section Click on Edit
While in Edit the Agent is offered a CALL from UCCX
CAD Crashes
