Symptom:
While trying to exit out of a VSB when logged through the N1010 appliance, we crash in 'vsh' process if we use 'Ctrl + \' sequence from telnet prompt.

After vsh crashes, we wont be able to login to the VSM again through the N1010.

switch#
switch# login virtual-service-blade VSM1
Telnet escape character is '^\'.
Trying 127.1.0.18...
Connected to 127.1.0.18.
Escape character is '^\'.

A reboot of the N1010 appliance would be required to fix this problem.

This is a bit of an issue during initial setup of VSB's when dont have a management connectivity to the VSMs directly

Conditions:
Issue is a corner case and occurs only while using Ctrl+\ from telnet prompt on N1010.
