Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Jabber for Windows users are going to the conversation history and trying to return calls where the calling party is "Restricted" or "Unavailable". This results in Jabber taking the line off hook and the user is left listening to dial tone, until they hang up. Conditions: This happens because Jabber has no number available to dial.
