Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a CUCILync 9.2 user dials to a number that is manipulated by CUCM, the final number that CUCM dials out is kept in history or on the search bar in CUCILync 9.2.   

For example:
-End user dials 13344 and CUCM translates the number to 3344 so that an internal extension can be dialed.
-The dial string will change from 13344 to 3344 in the search bar in CUCILync 9.2
-In its history the number dialed shows as 3344
