Description (partial)

Symptom:
Pooling the if-table (1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2) for FEX hosts interfaces is significantly slower than for the other Nexus interfaces (ie none fex interfaces).

This may cause the snmpget requests to pile up on the Nexus SNMP agent which in turn increases the average response time of all snmp requests. Once we stop the pooling, Nexus recovers

Conditions:
Batching snmpget request on the if-table for FEX host interfaces

This is also seen when polling dot3stats, i.e:

EtherLike-MIB::dot3StatsIndex
EtherLike-MIB::dot3StatsIndex

This problem is particular evident when the Nexus 5000 switch has at least 1 fex connected.
