Description (partial)

There are 2 issues:
1. Observed hung calls after sso on new active with load on following scenario:
    - Make EO call to CVP via CUBE & call gets answered with VXML gateway. Non Transcoded.
    - Then call gets transferred to Agent. This time transcoded gets inserted for codecs
      g711ulaw - g729r8 
2. Configure "call spike 80 steps 8 size 250" & pump calls at 30ps or less for about 30 mins. 
    Cube crashes with RSCCAC CALL DENIAL SCAN segmentation error.

Crash Decode:
