Description (partial)

Symptom:
All the softphones in the network are one hour behind the UC/System clock. Hard phones show the correct time. Softphone is on a machine directly connected to the UC port.

IOS Version: 15.1(4)M6
CUE Version: 8.6.5
CIPC 8.6.3

Conditions:
>> Upgraded UC560 to the latest SWP (8.6.2)

>> Connected a machine directly to the UC but the CIPC still shows ?TFTP Timeout? 
 
>> Collected TFTP Debugs from UC but could not see a request for the CNF file coming in. 
 
>> Collected CNF Files from the machine CIPC + Hard Phone they have the same timestamp.
