Description (partial)

Symptom:
Non-cisco USB stick if left inserted in usbflash0: or usbflash1: causes boot failure. This happens even when usb drive is formatted on the switch and is empty.

The password-recovery mechanism is enabled.

ERR: usbd_bulk_transfer fail status 32 
 !switch fails to boot further, console remains stuck unless switch is powered on.

If inserted after the switch is up, switch has no problems reading/writing from the stick.

Conditions:
Non Cisco USB stick is being used.
