Symptom:
Following errors are encountered in SysAgent logs for Reader task:
19:24:35.934 |435,,,FeedReader,0,Exception Message=Cannot set the validity with the given dates.

Conditions:
In Https Sync:
1. Install a machine after 13Jan 2013 with a build version not having the fix for this defect. This applies to 7.x, 8.x, 9.x.
2. Upgrade the machines to 10.x 
3.Join this machine in Https networking with another 10.x(could be fresh install or another upgrade)
4. Create few users on both nodes.
5.After 15 mins the locations synchronization task will try to sync data, and will fail due to certificate errors.
