Description (partial)

Symptom:
After changing output configuration some PIDs do not have a content on the output, when the descramble mode is set to 'Scrambled'.

Conditions:
The output mode changed from a 'pass' mode to 'map' mode, and the descramble mode is set to 'Scrambled'. 
After this change some PIDs in the mapped output do not have a content (bit rate 0).
