Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Level Column in Groups Events is unclear as to what it does and how it works. From page 218 of the TES Reference Guide:
Level column - The generation of the job children that will inherit the listed job event. This is specified by clicking in the field and entering the number of the child generation. For example, a grandchild of the job group would be level 2. The default level is 1 (immediate child).

Conditions:
The "level" specifies "down to the level (generation)" of children that will inherit the
event. This means all generations down to the specified level will inherit.
Level 1 event is only triggered for up to the child job/group.
Level 2 event is triggered for grandchild job/group as well as child job/group.
